The Small Business Innovation Research program at the federal Institute of Education Sciences included Querium’s StepWise Virtual Tutor for Algebra among the five Phase II projects chosen to fund this year. Phase II awards — worth up to $900,000 for two years — support full-scale development as well as classroom-based studies on promise of learning. Querium will use these funds to complete the Algebra 1 knowledge capture for its A.I. engine, complete development of a range of features to support both students and teachers, and conduct efficacy studies. Click here to learn more and see videos of all the Phase II awardees.
