Our SPIRE™ Methodology

SPIRE is implemented in five tiers.

Tier 1: AI Strategy & Roadmap

We’ll help you identify high-impact business problems that can be solved with AI and develop a strategic roadmap for implementation.

We can do this with some or all of these methods:

  • Hold stakeholder workshops to understand your business goals and pain points.
  • Conduct “Art of the Possible” sessions to educate executives on AI capabilities.
  • Hold AI Opportunity Discovery Workshops
    • Half-day or full-day workshops with executives and functional leaders.
    • Result: A prioritized list of high-value AI opportunities within the business.
  • Perform an Opportunity Analysis and do ROI modeling.
  • Develop of a phased AI Implementation Roadmap.
  • Conduct an AI Readiness Assessment
    • Review of data infrastructure, analytics maturity, and organizational readiness.
    • Result: Report with roadmap for enabling AI initiatives.

At the end of this phase we’ll deliver a comprehensive AI Strategy document and an executive presentation.

Tier 2: AI Solution Design & Architecture

For clients with a defined problem, we will design the technical blueprint for a robust and scalable AI solution.

We’ll perform some or all of these activities:

    • Data readiness assessment.
    • Algorithm selection and model design.
    • System architecture design, including data pipelines and tech stack recommendations. Recommend ML/LLM architectures and integration approaches with existing systems.
    • Definition of use cases, feasibility analysis with ROI, data sources, success metrics and testing protocols.
    • Possible projects: Define specific AI projects aligned with business goals and data availability.
    • Technology Stack selection.

At the end of this phase we’ll present a detailed Solution Design Document (SDD).

Tier 3: Rapid Prototyping & Proof of Concept

We’ll build a functional, minimum viable prototype to demonstrate the feasibility and business value of a proposed AI solution before full-scale investment. We’ll create your prototype using Querium internal PhD staff.

In this phase, we’ll perform these tasks:

    • Conduct agile development sprints to build the prototype.
    • Create sample integrations with your important data sources (where applicable).
    • Conduct performance testing and validation of the prototype.
    • Demonstrate the working prototype to key stakeholders.

At the end of this phase, we’ll deliver you a working software prototype showcasing the feasibility and a performance report with recommendations for production and potential ROI.

Tier 4: AI Training & Enablement

We’ll empower your teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand, utilize, and manage AI solutions.

We can conduct some of all of these activities in this phase:

  • Conduct customized workshops & executive briefings on AI trends.
  • Perform technical training for your data scientists and engineers.
  • Give your management guidance on establishing internal AI governance frameworks.
  • Create customized playbooks for Internal AI Adoption within your organization.

Tier 5: Solution development, Hosting & Maintenance

If you wish, Querium can then offer you one-stop shopping for the development, deployment and management of the AI solutions we prototype.

  • We can deliver functioning applications with test suites and documentation.
  • We can set up cloud-based hosted Kubernetes environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • We can create monitoring solutions to measure availability and performance of your production applications.
  • We can perform maintenance updates according to an agreed update schedule.
